i just took this cycle from the npc for riding without knowing who the owner is. And firstly, this guy pulled out his gun to scare me which is an ic issue which i reported to the Leos but after taking his cycle back he started abusing me in Hindi and he also abused my parents. LOCK THIS THREAD FOR HINDI SPEAKING ADMIN. And i am already serving 3 hours in jail for rdm.
