Dear Bobby sir,
I started to play this game today as my friend suggested me about this game. I had a beginner task to go to the farm so while we were going due to my low end device (laptop) i went underground and so as my friend because he was sitting in my car only so we both contacted the administrator and they spawned us both on the road. Then Bawan Broddy spawned me around him and asked me to join Grand RP VC for pc check and as i am new i was not in the Grand RP discord so i replied him by saying i am joining in, but he didn't even let me join the server and banned me instantly. After that my friend also contacted administrator about my problem by saying i had low end device and ready for the pc check (i am also providing Proof + Proof of the chat) but the available administrator said if i feel its a wrong decision you can complain on forums. This is the reason why i made a complaint on him and Adham sir asked me to contact Bawan Broddy sir again and i did but he didn't replied me and after some time when i checked forum i found out Adham sir has rejected my forum, and later on my friend told me that i got permanently blocked by stating the reason of that i refused for my pc check (Proof) but i never had a conversation with Bawan Broddy. I am submitting the screenshot of the chat between me and Bawan Broddy as Proof and also providing the link of the previous complaint link for your reference .
I joined this game today as my first RP project it feels fun and with my friends in this server it is a cherry on top. I am really looking for a favourable response, Kindly look into this matter and I am ready for the pc check anytime.
Bobby Sir I want you to Look into this case, It's my first day and I Got Banned which ruin my all experience, I didn't do any kind of cheats or anything or never refused for pc check I am ready to support you in every possible manner I just want you to unban me and clear my history Chief

Bobby Sir I really don't what to say why even I have to do all this things Because I didn't do anything just we got underground stuck and senior admin give me ban for cheats it's a misunderstanding or wrong decision, investigate the things again sir and I am sure you will see I didn't do anything wrong.
