After going through the evidence I have decided to Deny the report
Your evidence does not show the exact time he was killed and looking at the logs he was never finished based on the timing of the picture which you provided.
And for the shooting when admin was present i tested that scenario with another admin and found out its not possible to see the tag from that location where he stood​
