The organization that is conducting the event: Government
Event details: Governor Kiana Kaslana, leader of the whole state of San Andreas, had a meeting at the SAHP HQ around midnight, but people in Blaine County were angry, saying she only cares about Los Santos city with new buildings, better roads, more jobs, while Blaine County stays poor and broken, so they paid big money to hire all gangs, Bloods, Vagos, Families, Ballas, and Bunta, with a huge bounty on her head, planning to attack her convoy as it leaves SAHP HQ for the Capitol, where if she is killed all gangs split the money, if one gang captures and takes her to their HQ that gang gets all the bounty, and if she reaches the Capitol alive, all law enforcement, LSPD, FIB, SAHP, NG, and EMS gets a bonus from Governor divided in all orgs.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
LEOs: They will escort the Governor to the capitol and not let gangsters reach her. 4 people from each organization.
Gangs: Try to kill the Governor in the convoy before it reaches around Capitol and if possible, take her hostage to their own HQ for getting the whole bounty for themselves. 4 people from each gang.
Other organizations involved:
EMS: Move around the great ocean highway to help the wounded and atleast 2 doctors waiting at the Capitol to treat the Governor if she is harmed on the way.
Vehicles/weapons needed:

Weapons for both LEOs and GANGS: 1 LMG 300 ammo
Governor: No guns but have 2 vests.
Admin Requirements: Bring cars to the gangs at their location and to the LEOs at SAHP and give weapons to everyone and vest to Governor
Rules of the event:
No patching of anybody except EMS and to the Governor.
No use of personal wepons.
No juices or using of Drugs.
No org armour or org weapons.
No VDM
How is the event won?
LEOs: If Governor safely reaches the Capitol HQ, LEOs get the bonus divided in all orgs and EMS.
GANGS: If Governor is killed all gangs split the money, if one gang captures and takes her to their HQ that gang gets all the money
Prize for the winner: $400,000
