This guy has been very toxic, he is very much hated by citizens for his provoking behaviour, He got banned for GR 1.1. See the forums I am attaching.
His Provoking, Approved - Mass CR+ UB Driving + CL + Provoking | 141520, 83766, 95494, 89097, 85941
His Ban GR 1.1 Rejected - Ban For GR 1.1| Floki_Vilgeroarson
Now, You can see from his reply in CC that he kind of agreed that he is Jass Knights.
G.R 1.4 because, 1st he used someone else GTA to be considered as his 1st GTA, now he is on 2nd GTA and made another account. So Multiple accounts. I request Higher admins to look his IP address and confirm that Initially he used another GTA on his IP and now Playing with another GTA on his IP.
