I would like to formally submit an unban request and provide clarification regarding my current ban on the server.
I was permanently banned under §1.1 (Account Sharing). However, from my point of view, this is a misunderstanding. My original Social Club account was hacked, and for security reasons, I connected a new Social Club account to continue playing.
At first, I was banned as a precaution, which I completely understand. But after providing the necessary evidence to the support team, the ban was changed to a permanent ban for account sharing.
I would like to clearly emphasize that I have never shared my account with anyone. The only reason I connected a new Social Club account was because I had lost access to my old one due to the hack. The new account has only been used by me personally.
My new Social Club is BIGDSOLDIER. You can verify that the login IP has always been the same, which should confirm that the account was only used by me.
I kindly ask you to reconsider my case. I’m fully prepared to provide any additional information or evidence if needed.
