In the forum link given below, I completely understand that demands can be given prior to xx:00 time when common treasure parachute appears, but in that forum the " ID 390169 " himself did not give me demands, it was his friend who gave me demand and I fought him, therefore ID 390169 did RDM so I suppose there's some misunderstanding please look into it.
