We are in a solar raid. he came at 15:55 ( time stamp : 10 sec ). I killed him, without demand cause in last 5 min we do not need to give demand.
Then he came again at 16:00 ( Timestamp : 4:31 sec ) and kill 2 people.
The Raid was over so he did RDM + NRL

This is the rule mate. It is ok if you don't know. But doing NLR and killing after the raid is wrong mate.
