I was UC doing my work and saw this guy 143731 was open carrying so i waited for her till she come in green zone and i can arrest her after that while i was asking for a unit to come and pick me from the beach market this guys 143731 did mixing and after that his friends came and started do provoking and his friend 36363 he uncuffed him using g action ilegal actions uncuff in Green zone which is the violation of the Green zone after that this guy 36947 did mixing saying NPC and Provoking me
