Dear admin team,


I am writing to respectfully request the removal of a blacklist associated with my PC. The device was blacklisted on July 6, 2024 several months before I purchased it on October 29, 2024. I was not the original owner at the time of the ban and had no involvement in the actions that led to it.


Since acquiring the PC, I have been unable to launch or play the game, as it fails to open due to the existing ban. As a new and responsible owner, I believe this situation is unfairly impacting me.


I kindly ask that you review my case and consider lifting the blacklist. For identification purposes, I am entering “00” as the ID and leaving the name field blank, as I currently have no access to the game.
