Additional information:
1. Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.)
(i)I have been involved in law enforcement from Age 5 in the city. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience serving in various law enforcement agencies such as the National Guard, SAHP, LSPD, FIB,LI,EMS and Government. Beginning from a cadet rank, I have reached to higher command ranks through dedication, hard work, and the accumulation of valuable experience.
(ii)Being the head of SAHP, my utmost concern will be to maintain the department's activity and promote smooth flow of activities. I have observed that problems such as toxicity and favoritism may at times hit the organization, and I am determined to tackle and solve them through my experience and just leadership.
(iii)I would like to be a leader of SAHP because I am enthusiastic about upholding high levels of professionalism and teamwork, where all members are valued and encouraged to perform to their best.
3. Your advice for improving the role-play level in the organization.
(i) Incentive Program: I will implement a well-designed incentive scheme to make it appealing for more individuals to become members of SAHP and motivate existing members to deliver their best, with exceptional work rewarded by larger bonuses.
(ii) Equitable and Transparent Promotions:I will have a zero-tolerance policy against nepotism. Promotions shall be strictly merit-based, so only those who rightly deserve it will advance.
(iii) Positive and Supportive Environment:I will create a friendly and respectful work environment in which all employees feel they belong. Our workforce will be like a close family, and they will have open lines of communication to seek advice or assistance at any given time.
------------------------------------------------------------------- Departments ----------------------------------------------------------
Human Resources:
The HR department has a crucial position in the future of SAHP. They are tasked with training and mentoring new recruits so that every officer knows proper procedure, roleplay expectations, and operational procedures. The HRs will manage recruitment, assisting the department to grow with quality and well-trained officers.
Internal Affairs (I.A.):
Internal Affairs will be the foundation of accountability for the department. Their duty is to monitor officer activity, review logs, delve into misconduct or complaints, and keep all troopers in line with professionalism and SOP adherence. I.A. will help ensure discipline, equity, and openness.
SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics):
SWAT will be responsible for the task of conducting high-risk operations across the state. From performing international requests to protecting the SAHP leadership or filling in on major operations, SWAT will operate with speed and precision. The unit will be specially trained and will be the department's tactical response unit.
HWP (Highway Patrol):
Highway Patrol will be dedicated to protecting the safety of civilians on highways and rural roads. Their primary job is to discourage and deter criminal activities, such as those related to robbery or reckless driving, off city boundaries. HWP officers will offer a visible presence, enforce traffic regulations, and assist civilians.
