So here is the situation. This ID 75839 plant solar for me then i gave him money for that
here is Pic of that solar where he planted.

Then after few mins he came back in Gang HQ to remove it Broke the rule of GH 1.3 as you can see in POV (Timeline 0:17) solar removed and he was running away then you can see his id at Timeline 0:29.
Here is the proof of that he is from other org in POV 2. he was using gang bike and entered in ballas HQ as you can see in pov.

Not enough evidence for scamming cause it falls under GR 1.3 provide a longer pov for the whole situation and file a new complaint​
