Rejected CR, RDM | 386846, 474279

Hello,
Those guys were following me for couple of minutes they were mass CR asking me to stop.
As my car is equiped with anti radar I did not stop even I dont know if they were FIB or not.
I got no pull over demands but only they were following me trying to stop me and they were shooting in city with no demands.
Please check the situation on my POV.
And if possible I want to know how I died and why after killing me he just left ?
I had no stars to be on bounty and there is no reason why they did that.

We were trying to steal your car and we shot at you in the red zone. It wasn't murder. I didn't use the word "I'm FBI" and I didn't fire a CR. Because of the speed of my car, it looks like I did CR. I didn't crash it on purpose. I request your attention.

When we used the vehicle scanner, it showed your car every time. I don't even know you. How could I have a problem with you?
