2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
During my time in the city I have gained a lot of experience with being in state organisations I have held many high command positions across all organisations. I believe that I am now ready to step up and lead SAHP into becoming a well respected and active organisation that works smoothly with all organisations within the city. I know I can make a successful term within SAHP and have a strong and well coordinated team.
I will make SAHP a well respected organisation in the city remaining professional and helping everyone that needs it in the city by offering robust training systems to ensure standards are maintained high and ranks are earned not given.
I will change everyone’s perspective on SAHP and show them that we are a prestigious organisation even though we are abit further out from the main city you can gain more experience and work part of an amazing team by joining SAHP.
3. Your advice for improving the Role-Play level in the organization.
Have well trained head of departments that understand the way SAHP will be ran at a high standard and have an excellent understanding of professionalism when speaking to there own units as well as other organisations.
Build a robust traffic enforcement team to ensure there is always someone available at HQ to provide insurance and any help that is required and to also patrol the highways to keep everybody safe and set up daily traffic checkpoints to maintain safety on the highway.
To do daily ghetto cleaning and patrols to ensure that crime is kept to a minimum. Ghetto cleaning has always been thought of as a dangerous task but me and my strong team will show others how to professionally remove crimes from all parts of Los Santos.
