While we were sitting normally with my family members, a member of the rival family approached me without any valid RP reason and started speaking in Turkish IC. He said “Arabanızı yedik mi la, hayırdır la” and repeated it three times. This is a clear violation of Rule 5.3 (Non-English in IC), as all IC communication must be in English unless roleplaying a foreign language with proper context. Additionally, this behavior falls under Rule 3.1 (Provocation without valid RP reason), as it was purely meant to provoke and had no roleplay purpose. Everything is clearly visible in the video evidence.
