I would like to hear your opinion on my ban from someone who is not biased.
First of all I had an unban appeal with proofs in the form of private Discord messages, but I was told by Tom Jackson that it is not permitted to publish them. If there is relevance for doing so, you can contact me via Discord BrokenVFX. Here proof
On 04.05.2024 I got banned for 60 days with reason Cheating (Approved - Supporting / Promiting Cheats ID 56638). I want this ban to be removed as "Cheating" because from my side it got nothing to do with actual cheating. I never used cheats, everything was in talk with admins and I only got into this situation because of supporting, which I explain later more.
At the time, I accidentally downloaded a cleaner that was sent to me in Turf by a ‘confidential’ person (who was an Unoff Leader at this time). I didnt know what to do with this download, so my friends in Turf Discord told me that it was a cleaner. After making sure that something like this had to be reported, I went on a call after 10 min with a PC checker (Pauli Sanchez). He assured me that I should keep the file on my PC as evidence and that I wouldnt get banned for it. (Date: 24 March 2024)

A few months later, I accidentally sent this cleaner to a friend because it was named ‘NV Control Panel’ on my PC. That was stupid of me, and I should have realised that it wasnt really a control panel. I learned from my mistake and let the ban expire, but for me, this isnt cheating, but rather supporting cheats by forwarding them.
I know this was a big mistake and I regret it deeply. But every PC Checker and every player on the server knows I never used cheats or anything similar. This Cleaner was also not even working cause it was a IP Grabber and if i want to use it they would get my IP Adress. I got no Bans for Cheats on all EN or DE Servers.
The reason why I make so much effort here is because with this "Cheating" ban I cannot turf anymore. I played turfing for a long time here and this ban only became a problem around 3 months ago.
I also played Turfs after my "Cheating Ban" cause it was sorted for me and the Administrators as supporting cheats, so there was no reason for me to request an unban/ban change at the time. With this ban, I still had access to all functions, including turfing. After 6 months of turfing, Mica Rivera locked turfing for me because I had a cheating ban, but according to my opinion and the explanation I gave to the admins at the time, it was classified as supporting.
As i Said im not allowed to send discord proofs here but you can check it i was turfing after my Ban on 4.05.2024. here is a screen when i played turfs on date 02.03.2025.
I did not intentionally download this cleaner at the time, as can be seen from the streamable proofs. I am uncertain whether I was banned for possessing the cleaner or for forwarding it. If the ban was imposed due to downloading the cleaner, there is evidence that it was not intentionally downloaded and was also in close consultation with Pauli Sanchez (former PC Checker). If the ban was for forwarding the cleaner, to my knowledge of the rules, this constitutes supporting cheats and not ‘cheating’.
So I kindly ask you to please check the situation again and maybe change the ban reason.
I accumulated a long criminal record back then, which is why I believe that many German administrators are biased in their view of it and dont really deal with it. Thats why Im turning to you, Lebron. I hope you can take the time to look into it.
