Rejected Ban for GR 1.1, 1.2 | Sultan Pluxury

Hello Administration,

I would like to appeal my ban. I want to clarify that I never sold or gave my Grand RP account to anyone.
Most likely, my Epic Games account was compromised, and this caused the issue.

I created my account a very long time ago (at the very beginning of the server), played around one hour, and then stopped.
When I tried to log in again recently, I found out that I was banned back in 2024, even though I was not playing the game at that time.

Unfortunately, I don’t remember any account data such as ID, name, or any details (since it was created years ago).
I only know that the ban was related to account sharing/selling, which I want to clarify is not true in my case.

I kindly ask for a review of this situation because it seems unfair that I got a permanent ban for something I didn’t do.
If needed, you can check my PC for proof — I have nothing to hide.
