Additional Information
- Leader of:
Ans: San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.)
Ans: - Strong Legal RP & Administrative Experience
I’ve worked in multiple legal organizations like the government (as HR), EMS, and LSPD. My role involved training, conducting interviews, and organizing internal documents—which built my understanding of how a professional org should function. I now want to bring this same structure and energy to SAHP, where discipline and RP enforcement are key.
- Passion for Highway Enforcement RP
SAHP is the frontline of state safety, and I believe its full potential isn’t being used. From high-speed pursuits to checkpoints and road safety—I want to enhance interaction with civilians through better roleplay on the highways. I aim to set up effective patrol routes and bring more activity to SAHP’s primary duties.
- Leadership With Fairness & Calm Mindset
As a person, I remain calm under pressure and always try to resolve situations peacefully—whether IC or OOC. I don't believe in favoritism or toxicity. My leadership will be based on fairness, clear communication, and giving everyone an equal opportunity to grow. I’ve been on both sides of RP—I understand what it means to lead with balance.
3. Your advice for improving the role-play level in the organization
Ans:
Structured Training Program: Every probationary officer will be trained in basic traffic stops, ticketing, and RP procedures. Those who make mistakes won’t be punished harshly—instead, they’ll be guided with feedback.
Bonus & Activity Logs: Officers showing consistent patrol logs, checkpoint setups, and teamwork will be rewarded with bonuses and public appreciation, keeping motivation high.
Divisional Management: Members will be assigned to divisions according to interest and performance. This helps organize responsibilities and keeps departments efficient.
Zero-Toxicity Policy: Strict IC & OOC behavior standards will be maintained. Internal Affairs will actively track and act on fail RP, misuse of power, or complaints.
Highway Coverage Strategy: Highway zones will be assigned to patrol teams. Our mission will be to respond quickly to highway robberies, illegal races, and reckless drivers—in coordination with LSPD and FIB.
Divisions in SAHP:
HR (Human Resources): Hiring, training, promotions, document logs
SWAT: Responds to heavy threats, active shooters, hostage situations
HWP (Highway Patrol Unit): Regular patrols, speeding, illegal parking, and towing
Internal Affairs (IA): Officer surveillance, warning logs, and performance reports
CID (Criminal Investigation Department): Collects proof of gang activity, passes info to FIB
PR Team (Public Relations): Holds events, promotes the org, and builds civilian trust
