This is a wrong decision BTW. I put up an ad above market value to raise prices, but this guy kept annoying me, and we were clearly in an IC fight over chat. He said "fuck off mtf," and in response, I said "suck my dick" to tell him to keep quiet. Then he basically insulted my relatives OOC.

I submitted a forum against him, providing both my POV and screenshots of the chat. He was punished for GR 3.2, but I also got punished for GR 3.1. How is this GR 3.1 from my side at all? This was completely IC and it's a slang. We were fighting over text, and my "suck my dick" comment was not an OOC insult. How is this considered OOC? I don’t even know him, he was being annoying, and it’s normal for me to react like that. When you’re fighting with someone, it’s basically IC. There’s nothing OOC in this.

I’m also attaching a chat with "Fateh Sarsilmaz," and "Marcus Phogat". They agreed with me too and said it's a slang and that's what I'm trying to say...
