I was running and sitting in my vehicle, you can see left eye he cuffed me and one more gut with out verbally saying Im cuffing you which is fail RP, and im cuffed and sitting in vehcle giving me UB demands to step out as im already cuffed, bug abuse, as well as he is using Radio when a gun in his hand
