hello i am applying for the removal of my ban as seen in the video i insulted the other party and i sincerely apologize for that i promise that i will never do such a thing again the incident happened as follows the other party told me that he would pay 150k per crate but during the exchange he only gave 150k in total for two crates this made me angry and i swore at him i admit that i was wrong although the other party also made a mistake in the end swearing was not the right thing to do once again i apologize for my behavior and i kindly request the removal of my ban thank you
