I arrested a guy from NG and took him to DOC but then he asked for lawyer we waited there for few minutes then my High Command told me to go Capital for Bench Trials when i reached there I don't know how the hell this guy opened the door while cuffed at 19:03 and came out also when i puted him in heli and after that i came back he was gone he didn't do code A most probably he did Bug Abuse

Not a bug abuse as you claim secondly not enough evidence of him using any bug abuse to leave the heli might be another government officer got him out.
