Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
A. Strengthening National Security & Discipline
As a Lieutenant Colonel in the National Guard, I have gained deep insight into its critical role in maintaining order, protecting the state, and responding to emergencies. I want to elevate this organization into the strongest defensive force on the server, focusing on discipline, structure, and professionalism.
B. Leadership & Experience
I have held high-command positions and led divisions within NG effectively. These roles have equipped me with the necessary organizational, tactical, and decision-making skills. My leadership style emphasizes teamwork, respect, and clear communication, ensuring that every soldier feels motivated and valued.
C. Community Building & Roleplay Quality
My vision is not only about strength in numbers but also about building a professional, motivated, and respectful community. I will focus on:
- Training new recruits with scenario-based exercises (raids, border defense, negotiations).
- Maintaining strong relationships with LSPD, FIB, GOV for dynamic RP interactions.
- Ensuring patrols & events are strategic and immersive to push RP quality.
My Advice for Improving RP in NG
- Structured Training Programs – Weekly RP drills (checkpoints, convoy security, tactical arrests).
- Community Engagement – Military parades, recruitment drives, exhibitions.
- Inter-Organization Collaboration – Joint operations with LSPD, SAHP, FIB.
- Professional Department System – HR, PR, IA, Training Division for structure.

Ideology:
To build the most disciplined and respected military force on the server, combining realism, professionalism, and immersive roleplay.
Purpose:
- Protect state sovereignty, secure citizens, and uphold justice.
- Improve the overall RP quality and community engagement of NG.
Objectives:
- Professionalism – Soldiers well-trained in realistic RP scenarios.
- Efficiency – Quick response teams for events & emergencies.
- Engagement – Strengthen ties with other organizations and the community.
- Transparency – Clear communication & fair promotions inside NG.
