Hi, I am leader of The Frosty Family. We started this server 1.5 months ago, and when we bought a fam house we applied to unofficial organization role. When i applied the unoff rol je, my conversation started with Cayman Panch(ss1). As you can see in the ss we couldnt take any answers from him. Even it took 5 days to change my family's rank system(uday ss). Our first family name was Efsane Milan Kadrosu, then we changed it, and i asked to Cayman Panch, "can i change my name at the same time" and he didnt answer again(ss2), then we asked same question to Uday Cartel (uday ss2), and we took the answer from him again. Firstly, Narcos fam member opened a thread against us about "aiming the gun" (thread 1), as I mentioned before, we have been here over 1.5 months and there is no rule saying that if you aim your gun when you climbing the roof, its bug abuse. But, we got punished for bug abuse, and my family members got 7 days ban and we got family warning as well. We respect this decision and we accepted our punishment. Then, 1 week later, we opened a thread against Escobar Family about "climbing the roof with aiming the gun bug abuse". Then Cayman Panch reviewed this thread (thread 2). as you can see in thread, we requested povs from escobar to how they climbed that roof. Cayman didnt request their pov, he chooses to check the roof himself and didnt request any povs from the members, he said "as your POV doesnt show them climbing the roof with aiming."Then, one of my member opened a new thread (thread 3) and he showed how can the Escobar Family climbing that roof clearly, I sended some messages to Cayman Panch (ss3) as you can see in ss he tried to protect Escobar family again and he tragedicly answered to me "i tried, you can climbing that roof without aim the gun". Btw my fam deputy Dodo Hileci sended message to Cayman Panch(Dodo ss) and he said to him "they provided their pov from dm". How can we know they provided or not? If we requested pov from someone, we should can see his pov in forum. Then my family deputy(Burak Frost) sended messages to Jonny Odds(burak ss), and like everytime Jonny Odds gave the correct decision, Firstly Cayman was saying "its legal", but after when Burak Frost sended messages to Jonny Odds, Cayman requested Escobar's povs. 16 Escobar fam member got 7 days ban, Escobar family got a family warning. Secondly, at 9th August, we played a family war match against Vance Family, then we found something about them, one of their member joined to Vance family only for Family War, he is normally a No Limit Family Member. We collected the proofs about the guy who entered family war from Vance, and we sended messages to Cayman Panch(ss4). Again, as you can see, Cayman didnt answer to us for 3 days, then the last day, i sended message to Mohamed about this situation (ss5),Cayman said to me why did you sended messages to Mohamed Pluxury and until that message, we couldnt get answers from Cayman. and as you can see, when i asked to Cayman "Thats mean disqualify" he said to me "no". According to ER 1.8, the Vance Family has to be disqualified but Cayman didnt follow this rule's punishment, and my deputy(Burak Frost) sent messages to Jonny Odds (ss6). Finally, Jonny Odds gave a decision about this situation, and Vance Family were disqualified from Fam War. This is was an important decision, because if Cayman didnt disqualify the Vance family for their rule break there was no way we could win Family War. It shows to us that the importance of the decision from the rule break allowed the correct people to win Family War. (ss vance) Thanks for Jonny Odds.

Thirdly, as you can see in all ss about Cayman, we cant take answers from him. He always answered our messages late, only 2 times we got answer directly, one of them when we opened thread against Escobar, one of them when i sended message to Mohamed Pluxury.
3 days ago, i bought a new family house and changed my family house with announcing to the unofficial leaders room in correct format, (ss unoff), we didnt even have a warning at that time, but he directly removed our unoff role. then i sent messages to him (ss cayman), i said sorry, and i didnt do any disrespectful behavior, but he didnt give me my unoff role back.

Lastly, yesterday in RP-Ticket Factory event, one No Limit member opened a thread (thread4) against us. It was a bug abuse thread and Cayman Panch reviewed that thread, idk why he took our thread we werent unoff family, there are 4 pages threads in forum, but he directly reviewed our thread. The guy who opened thread just sending 3 minutes pov and Cayman requested povs from 6 ppl. he said in thread "provide POV of this event"(he didnt say "full event pov"), so we sent our povs to show how we killed them(btw i didnt kill anyone at there) and we started to wait for decision. I know id:307520 and i did bug abuse, but when i doing that bug abuse, id:346994 saying to me "dont do that its bug abuse", so i stopped shooting from there and say stop to 307520 from voicechat too. How can I teach someone else how to do this when I don't even know it's bug abuse? The other ids didnt do bug abuse, they provided their povs, povs clearly showing the situation they took kill, but they didnt send their full pov because Cayman didnt say "full pov". Cayman banned my account 60 days for "teaching members how to do bug abuse", banned the guy who doing bug abuse for 14 days, and banned the other guys who they werent doing bug abuse for 30 days. We know we can make an admin complaint for Cayman and send our full povs to there and you can lift that bans. But we so sad because, he blacklisted me and my whole family from unofficial organisations.

We making this thread not because of we got ban, our request is that Cayman Panch is investigated. We think since we opened thread against Escobar Family, he sees us as his enemy. And he acting biased when he reviewing our threads, he dont answer our messages, for example when we changing our fam house, he removed our unoff role directly but we are one of the 3 most active families in the whole of EN1. He can give us 1 or 2 warnings for that, but instead he removed our unoff role when we dont have any warnings. I wanna ask, when 16 Escobar Family's members got ban because of bug abuse, they only got 1 warning, why when our 1 fam member did bug abuse, me and all of my members got unoff blacklist. It's making us believe that Cayman is seeing the same reasons for punishment, but giving different/more harsh punishments depending on the family. if Escobar did same thing, will they get unoff blacklist? So, every time it has come to it, Jonny has given a fair decision based on our proofs, I hope that also this time he will see our frustration and make a fair decision.

After these decisions everyone started to make forum against us with requesting full pov. I can give some examples.

Correct decisions taken from administrator. I understand, that for you some things seem different or that hes unresponsive, but behind the curtains he does the work, even if you may not be able to see it.

In the thread where you request the POVs from Escobar (HERE) you show that players are on a roof and that you cannot climb this roof. Nowhere does it indicate anywhere, that there was any rule abused, even the thread starter says "i guess". We dont request POVs on guess, but on possible Punishments.

In the second thread against Escobar (HERE) you request correctly, where a possible bugabuse is shown. 17 Members got punished because of this. More POVs were not needed, as possible rulebreaks were already reviewable from the provided POVs. The Administrator may have had another view on the problem, but administrators are also only people and he questioned his decision, which is what someone in his position should be doing if he feels he may way wrong. It was corrected before a decision was made.

For Situation with Vance Family, Cayman reported to me, but I was on vacation last weeks (as you can see, i also did not answer). Decision like this takes time, but was done in time, so I dont see the issue here.

For the Situation about removal from Unofficial, this was discussed with me and taken away by me. This never was different in EN01, which I already also told your Deputy. You request a change. A request can be declined of approved. Without either, you cannot make changes. This also has reasons of how the serverscripts work. Be more careful with this nexttime.

The issue about deceiving was not that not full POVs were given (which should be given basically everytime if its not clearly about a specific part of the POV, like a shot), but about the cutting of POVs and the cutting away from a specific sentence that was said to protect the leader. This is not acceptable and will not be accepted in the future. I already also told your Deputy to open a Forum post for who got punished for missing POV (ER1.7) and possibly get lifted if the full POV is given. For the Bug Abuse - it clearly was bug abuse and even after you all were aware and discuss with eachother that its a bugabuse, the player who does it says to another (loosely translated to me): "give me ammo ill do it again". The bug abuse before you show to the player and do it yourself after you discovered. How would this not be a bug like you used it? And why would you show something to another player thats nothing special?

The blacklist of Unofficial Family can be appealed to Senior Curator Unoff or to higher up administration in Complaint, but hast nothing todo with Complaint against bias. Best would be to overcome the issue between the families by talking to eachother and stop the war on reporting. This was never leading to a good outcome and never will.
