Good evening to dear admin, My ID in game is 113235. I have been banned on EN1 and havent realised that I was banned since I did not login for over a year. It was to my surprise that i was permanently banned due to account sharing. I have not on purpose shared my account so I am not sure why it happened. I want to play with my friends on EN1 and I truly have not benefited from sharing my account with anyone and if it did happen once again i have no clue how it did. Thank you for your time P.S. I am not trying to deceive anyone I truly have not logged in for a year and i dont even know when and how it was shared but my social club id is lunavixxen and all screenshots have been provided. Also lastly I also use authenticator too so I am very confused to why I am banned.
