We were in a situation where we got VDM’d and they tried to rob us, meanwhile everyone was shooting at us and the demands could be heard. I don’t think it’s RP to just stop and watch what’s happening during a gunfight, and you weren’t even fearing for your life.

so u want to say that civilian should fear for life from police bcz i can see only police were there and this was situation so u need to kill gang cars people not civilian here everyone can see that police come to me and trying to kill me without warning

You were given a demand, you were wearing blue clothes like the others, and you did not leave after the demand. You did not fear for your life during a gunfight, this is Fear RP. And afterwards, you even came back without fearing for your life.
And you came back to watch the whole event. If you had really gone for insurance, you would not have stopped in the middle of a gunfight. So the insurance excuse is just a lie to cover up the RDM.
