He moved IC issue to OC on forums for GR 6.4 and dont provide full bodycam in which he make Administrator ticket to help him to tell officers to provide him with lawyer and he removed his pov when i made my forum against him and his pov start when start speaking that i dont have shown my it him he got black magic on his side so me and other officer was to able to hear him and I was only escorting officer bacause SAHP was short on unit at that time so officer said can one NG Soldier so i go with him. I dont cuff him at NG Base and i dont process that guy so he should have applied in court that the office who cuff him dont have shown him his id

Sir there was some black magic at other guy ID 18252 and he tryed to deceived admin that i dont showed my id but at that time a admin came and told me and the sahp officer that there is some black magic from other player side and he need lawyer you can match the time in pov and sahp guy also...

GR 6.10 - It is prohibited to move IC situations to OOC(e.g Insulting someone in Discord Chat relating to an IC situation). Any instances of this will be punished in Discord as well as In-Game Bans.
If he is making a forum against you for any situation its not GR 6.10

And for GR 6.4, He can make a forum if the arresting officer don't a corrupt bio, Whoever does not have a corrupt bio he can't do any kind of corruption ICly.
Court related matters are totally IC and whoever even have a bio can get punishment for IC legislation's/Rules.
