i joined ems today and after joining they told me to wait. i waited, but there is no active staff in ems. i messaged the leader, no response. i messaged the deputies, no response either. since no one replied, i asked for a rank in the radio chat so i could work, but again no one gave it to me. i couldn't do my job and no one explained anything to me or helped me. and suddenly i got banned under gr 6.12. please lift my ban, it's really not my fault that ems isn't functioning properly. please.
