1. I was many times High command with LSPD, FIB, SAHP, GOV, and DOJ. And i want leadership of SAHP so i will give all of my experience in the org so i can make it Great Organization. as well I will Find a great High commands team so we can solve every problem we get in Future, and i know/respect the rules of the Server and i will not break any rules also not gonna let, will drive toward to be from the greatest term and respectfully Organization.
2. I want to be a fair Leader. don't promote only friends i give everyone chance if they work hard and show activity i will promote them. this way makes the organization Great and people will stay in the org and show more activity, and I'm not gonna accept any of Behave inappropriately conflict, inappropriate. Toxicity is strictly restricted. I will achieve more people in the organization and more ways to improve roleplay, I want to learn get more skills experience.
3. I will try to have SAHP More active in the Highway repone to all events 911 calls if it is in our property and when LSPD want us to Join their property we will be ready to help them. i will try to work with other orgs like FIB/LSPD/NG/GOV/DOJ/EMS I will try to work with them solve any problems will receive from gangs, we will not let gangs breath to commit any crimes. make the City more roleplay, in any of situations.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. to more roleplay improving, we have to start with the organization to be more active and have good numbers. Build more confidence through routine where we go events and show the activity/work hard.
2. I will make sure to conduct training session for our units to deepen their experience and improve RP.
3. Promotion Ceremony will be Held, Weekly to promote the deserving Member. give more support to the members.
4. Bonus System will be more interesting to have the Members more exited for what will come in the future.
