Rejected Ban for GR 1.1(M) + GR 1.1(T) | Kevin Balenciaga

Hello dear higher ups,
A day ago, I was banned after being asked to contact Kevin Balenciaga in DMs, and later I was called into a private 1 for a PC check. After the check was completed, I received a GR 1.1 ban on both my main(1369) and twink (24790) account.
I want to sincerely apologize if I made any mistakes, but I am confident that I have never used my account with any other Social Club. Before logging into the game after a long break, I even posted on the technical forum to make sure I could safely log in. Mr. Jetix (Technical Admin) assured me that it would be fine.
I genuinely enjoy playing here and would never intentionally break the rules. I kindly request you to review my forum and consider lifting the ban. If needed, I am ready to provide any additional details or proof to clear up this situation.
