We responded to store yesterday and this guys comes to store without any uniform and tells he is USS. I would request his bodycam to see he was waiting in the store when I arrived in a personal P1.

If he is USS then he is attending store without uniform and he is GOV and responding to store.

Request bodycams of other people around, I was off duty, but have an always on duty letter from the Governor. Yes I should have had my BC running but due to a storage issue at the time I couldn't and just driving through off duty, as a passenger, there was gunfire at the car so I got out.
Thanks for the retaliatory action though...

The point of Always active duty, is rapid response when there is imminent threat to life or self defence.

I'll take the punishment, sorry won't happen again, used IC logic where I should have followed the event rules...

Considering it's been over 48 hours from the event with no admin intervention, I'm assuming this is the end of the matter.
