6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN

Demands are an example, not a rule by itself.
You engaged in RP by being there, responding to me, and then ramming me.
Yelling about demands however is failRP.

You ram over SCJ for no reason with you car what you think gonna happen you gonna get shot and a lot. Please provide full pov even after we started to shoot you can clearly see ballas shooting at us also. And yes you did it you reversed your car while knowing there is many leos behind.
