2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1. SAHP is a very crucial Organization among the highways, they are responsible for highway protections. Since I came in this city, I served SAHP multiple terms making me wonder and the urge to get the leadership. The knowledge I gained over the years and the communication skills that I have could be useful for SAHP. Since couple of terms, the leadership was soo bad officers started to take away the interest to serve in SAHP, but i want to put an end to it and show the interested to the officers why they should server SAHP.
2.2. Corruption and favoritism is a very common thing in every terms, once someone get the power of leading a Organization they became greedy and starts doing favoritism to do good for their friends, and starts doing corruption. Which Shouldn't be the act of a leader, as a leader our goal should be to serve the Organization with pride, and with dignity rather than doing corruptions. I will make sure if I get the term there wont be any sort of corruption nor favoritism at all in my term, its not just saying but will make it happen.

2.3. SAHP thrives on highway safety, but for the last couple of terms it was hard to find any kind of protection there was no SAHP officers protecting highway, making citizens life unsafe. If i get the term I will make sure there are multiple officers guarding the highway from the criminals at all time, and will make sure the highway is safe for the citizens so they can use the highway without any hesitation or by being scared.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Once I get the leadership first thing I will make sure and make it clear to every officer that everyone must act professional while on-duty on radio and on field as there was multiple officers I saw last term not following this simple thing. Secondly I will make sure that HRT works properly and is active, I will make sure that there is HRT in HQ at all time to assist new officers, thirdly I will make sure the SWAT does the events regularly and make sure SAHP have more numbers during events. Lastly will make sure that HRT takes the interview strictly not taking any officers who doesn't know any city rules and will make a contract for all the officer that they need to abide with all kind of city rules, and act professional failure to do it will instantly result in dispersal from the Organization.
