1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin?
   I want to become an Assistant admin to help maintain a fair and enjoyable roleplay environment. I’ve seen how important admins are in resolving conflicts, guiding new players, and keeping immersion intact. I want to contribute to the community, not just as a player but as someone who supports and enforces the rules in a respectful and professional way.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
   • Former member of an official crime family (Street-level operations).
   • Worked as part of SAHP.
   • Former member of an official gang for 2 months.
     These experiences helped me understand both the criminal and legal sides of RP, which I believe is important when making fair judgments as an admin.
3. What are your strengths?
   • Strong knowledge of server rules and RP standards.
   • Calm and patient in stressful situations.
   • Good communication and conflict resolution skills.
   • Active and consistent playtime.
4. What are your weaknesses?
   • Sometimes I can be overly detail-focused, which might slow me down when handling cases.
   • I can be critical of myself if I feel I could have handled something better.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by being Assistant?
   • Experience in leadership roles within the server.
   • Multilingual skills (English, French, Arabic) to help communicate with diverse players.
   • Ability to remain unbiased and handle situations fairly.
   • Mentoring new players to understand RP better.
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
   No, I am fully available and able to dedicate time consistently.
7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
   I have been part of the Grand RP community for some years now, and I value the work admins do to keep it fun and professional. I believe I can be a positive addition to the team by bringing reliability, fairness, and dedication.
