2.1 Commitment to Highway Safetya
SAHP is key in ensuring that our busy and often perilous highways remain safe. I witnessed firsthand how poor leadership has changed the presence of on Call officers and how my community is robbing and driving unsafe because we do not have the presence we need. When I'm governor, the first things I will do are to bring back strong patrol emphasis, make sure highways are patrolled, people can travel without being in terror. I would like to have the SAHP be an organization again that can be counted on to come through, one that actually does protect the highways.
2.2 Fairness, Integrity, and STOP corruption
Too often, leadership in organizations can fall into favoritism and corruption which demotivates hardworking officers. I strongly believe leadership should be based on fairness discipline, and rewarding effort also not personal connections. Under my term, promotions will be earned through activity and dedication, not favoritism. I will set clear standards ensure transparency, and maintain integrity so every officer knows their hard work will be recognized By eliminating corruption and favoritism, I will bring back respect and motivation within SAHP.

With my experience in law enforcement organizations I understand both the strengths and struggles officers face daily I want to use my knowledge to guide new members help them grow into successful law enforcement officers, and create opportunities for them to advance Through proper training, fair bonuses, and respect for all members regardless of rank, I will build a strong, motivated team. 3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Professionalism and Communication
Professionalism is a cornerstone for good RolePlaying All officers shall behave in a respectful manner throughout their shift, in radio transmissions and on the street The use of appropriate radio codes realistic callouts is all strongly enforced, as well as using the proper tackle when arresting civilian suspects. Officers who engage in unprofessional behavior will receive retraining; these who persist will face disciplinary charges. Developing this as a norm will establish an example for all legal bodies.
3.2 Training and Department Activity
They say regular practice of training sessions is the key to improving RP I will ensure SWAT and HRT teams are up and running and participating in continuous tactical training as well as negotiating skills traffic stops and highway checkpoints Internal Affairs is also a strong force as they watch the activity of officers review logs and making sure there is no police corruption or law breaking going on These actions will help to keep the entire community on a stricter and more grounded path to the experiences that we have grown to love and respect.

RolePlay isn’t just with ourselves it’s about how we interact with those around SAHP. I will do my best to maintain professional and respectful relationships with my fellow LEOs, Government, EMS and civilians. To complement this, we will conduct a joint training and operations with other organizations, run daily highway patrols, establish checkpoints to limit gang activity and conduct ghetto patrols and public relations. They will work to create a SAHP that is visible, approachable, and valued in the city, and to encourage a higher RP quality of the faction.
