Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1. Experience Across Organizations
   I have been a law enforcement officer for a long time, including as a National Guard general and deputies in different organizations. I have enough knowledge and an adequate amount of experience with city rules. And I believe this experience will help me to improvise my leadership skills. Additionally, I have experienced all the other orgs and gangs numerous times as a High Command and deputy. Throughout this time I gained experience in most of the departments of all the law enforcement organizations. I know all the loopholes and flaws people do, and they face problems when they join as trainees in these departments.

1. Inside the SANG, I believe and I experienced in my previous tenure that there were many things that can uplift the success of the organization. I must say it will be a really great opportunity for me; if I get the General position again, I love taking the chance of new challenges to be a part of all the department's actions. When I was in SANG, I always tried to ensure that every citizen felt the actual RP thing through my tenor. Moreover, establishing a strong relationship with other organizations is key for our achievement, as we, SANG, are one of the key organizations in this city because we provide the Ammunition to all organizations and secure Fort Zancudo from all the threats. I see this as an opportunity to sharpen my abilities and elevate SANG’s reputation as the premier law enforcement agency in the city.
   
   
2. In the end, I would like to take this opportunity to enhance my skills and capability to run a big team. Also, I will prioritize improving the image of NG’s to the top level, by doing various activities.

Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

1. Ideas for improving the organization's level of role play: I will put my troops at the two gates of FZ to secure the FZ for 24/7 and provide a safe city to all the citizens.
   
   
2. The importance of RP inside the SANG organization will be emphasized through the use of radio codes, and I will make sure that my units strictly maintain the RP thing when they are in any situation and act as a real one in the city. For that, whatever training he wants will be provided by me and my team.
   
   
3. Also, I will establish strong bonds with all the other organizations and make an alliance with them through participating in different activities to provide a secured city and make a realistic RP situation. Like SAHP, they play an important role in this city, and maintaining a serious bond with them will benefit the whole city, as they are the ones who provide insurance to all the citizens and near to our base, who help us as quick as possible so it's our duty to help them whenever they ask for help.
   
   
4. I will ensure that there will be a spec ops squad ready whenever a situation occurs in the city, like a hostage situation. We will hop into the situation and provide our service.
   
   
5. I want to mention one thing strictly: I am against nepotism and favoritism. I look for experience and skills. Without knowing the proper RP rules and experience, no one will get the chance to work with me, and for the new troopers, I will always treat them well, because once I was in their position.

B. Departments Inside National Guard


1. Human Resource Division - One of the most important divisions in our law enforcement agency in NG is the human resources department. Since it is in charge of employing the real units and grooming them to grow into the greatest units they can be, this department needs to operate efficiently.

2. Spec Ops Squad (SOS) - The SOS is one of the most important divisions in NG as they take part on the most critical and hard mission to recover intel and fight with the goons to save our citizens. I would like to turn this department into one of the most powerful units in the National Guard through transparency and hard training. Also utilizing high skills mentors to train the unit from scratch to pro, besides we will use special vehicles to do all the rescue missions and for intel collection.

3. Air Force Division - Having an aerial division is essential for maintaining the safety of our base by gathering critical intelligence on gang positions. Additionally, making sure that all Air Force units utilize the correct radio calls will enhance the roleplay experience within this department.

4. Military Police Division - This department will conduct routine inspections to guarantee that all soldiers are operating at their optimal level. For instance, these inspections encompass license checks, background checks, and trunk inspections. So my plan is to turn this department as strict and friendly for our internal units, so they follow the rules and regulations and be a good citizen in the city.
