2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

- I started from the lowest rank and step by step made progress in the LI organization, where I gained many experiences. I held both the employee role and the HC role for a long time. I faced many problems and solved all of them, while also helping many people. I took part in Tests, Trainings, Talent Shows, Tickets and many other areas, and I believe I can see the possible problems that may occur. This place has become like a home for me. I cannot feel comfortable in my daily life without solving problems, and so far, I have never left a problem unsolved. I have seen how the discipline system works in both State and LI organizations, and I believe it perfectly suits me. Thanks to this, I will adapt to the discipline system easily and achieve great success.

- With an experienced and active HC team, I am confident we will achieve great results and make a valuable contribution to RP. Many new players are joining the city, and we will include them in RP easily. This will not always be easy, but with our experienced and active HC team, it will be much simpler to achieve.

- I truly enjoy being a part of LifeInvader, and that is why I want to be its leader. I will do everything I can to leave a lasting impact in the organization. With my strong leadership skills, I truly believe I have the ability to motivate change and make a meaningful difference.

- I want to turn LI into an organization built on strong and solid relationships, not just a workplace. I will work to improve both myself and everyone who is part of LI. I want to be a leader to create good, fun, and successful times together.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Ads Team:

It is a hardworking department that makes up most of LI and works 24/7. Many people want to join this department. With the help of an experienced and active HC team, we can speed up the joining process and include people in the Ads department much faster. By running the day and night shift system in an organized way, we will clear the pile of advertisements. Some people ignore the shift hours just to join the Ads Team, but we will prevent this and make sure everything is organized.

Creative Team:
Since services are provided through tickets, the main focus will be on handling these requests to ensure the highest quality of service delivery, and they will be responded to in the shortest possible time. We are fully committed to continuously providing the best possible support to meet the needs of our users, and we also offer other services to help people make better and more suitable choices regarding their service selection. Order in publishing services is also of great importance, and we will proceed in an organized manner.

Journalism Team:
This is a department that needs trained people. To train employees, we may need HCs with good speaking and teaching skills. By building closer connections with law enforcement, we can get more successful and eye catching news. Creating more interesting news will improve people’s view of LI. To increase the importance and activity of the department, we can create a different bonus system and set up log rooms.
