1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

I want to help Grand RP stay fair, balanced, and fun. As a player I spend too much energy on reports; I’d rather fix problems live in-game, especially at night, by watching activity and keeping the flow normal.


I enjoy working with a skilled team. Learning from experienced staff and making proof-based decisions fits me better than chasing personal RP goals. I’ll collect player feedback, share it with the team, and reduce forum complaints with quick actions in-game.


I try to be fair. I listen to both sides, ask other admins in tough cases, and use context: honest players who make small mistakes get a verbal warning; clear abusers get the right punishment.


I also see this as a long-term path. I want to build a good record on Grand RP staff and prepare for bigger responsibilities in the future—even for the GTA 6 era.

  • Strategic triage & planning: I prioritize forum reports by impact/urgency and keep queues moving.
  • Evidence-based decisions: I rely on clips/logs, verify details, and ask a second admin on complex cases.
  • Continuous improvement: I like simple guides and response templates that reduce forum load and repeat questions.

  • I can be affected by toxicity, provocation, rule-baiting, and disrespect, but I still stay calm and in control.
  • In the first minute I pause, breathe, send a short friendly reply, double-check the rules and evidence, and wait up to two minutes before any final action.
  • If disrespect continues after one clear warning, or turns into slurs/harassment, I call another admin and share a brief summary with timestamps and clips/logs.
  • I need more live practice with heavy conflicts, so I’ll learn by watching senior admins, follow our standard steps, keep short notes about what I do, and ask for feedback every month., follow SOPs, keep a small self-check log, and ask for monthly feedback.
  • My goals are zero emotional replies, fewer appeals, faster cool-downs, and fewer cases that need a second admin.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
