I was trying to take a shop in the blackmarket when suddenly I heard someone abusing in FL (Son of Prostitute) I asked him in his own language why he was abusing. His response was extremely disrespectful: " M i giving you SisterFck** ?"
This kind of behavior completely ruins the RP environment. It shows no RP, no Respect, and no rules followed. Such players clearly have no fear of punishment and continue to disrespect others openly.

I kindly request the admins to review this matter and take strict action against the player to maintain a healthy RP environment.

I agree with that. Abusing someones parent or brother sister doesn't make anyone cool. For fun, abusing others without valid reason is totally ill mannered work.
