He committed Power Gaming by saying that he was going to search another player just because that player was wearing armor, even though armor is legal. In this situation, he should have asked for the license instead of directly searching.
He then masked the player under the charge of open carrying for simply wearing armor. I am not sure if he actually searched him, but I saw him mask the player. In this case, he should have taken the player to DOC.
Player with ID 143105 distanced himself and let the other player go without punishing him, without providing any valid reason. This action alone is considered a violation of GR 6.4.
