As u can see clearly, i was waiting for my Clands, and there is a rule we cannot kill someone 10 Mins before the event starts and 5 Mins after event ends, He killed me There, and he did not even gave me any kind of demands, as he was suppoed to give me demands, before shooting if outside City.

Now please do what ever you feels is correct.

Another Request. Please Make a Announcement: The correct procedure to do Bounty Hunter. As people Just go and Kill directly, not even engage in any kind of RP.
