2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have seen many different leaders but some leaders they don't give enough attention to new people in organisation they often ignore trainees when they ask to be trained by someone and i want to be the kind of leader that everyone can rely on and i would love to lead a organisation where eveyone whould want to help so i would focus on getting new people in organisation and having them trained.
- Of course i would love to protect the city and people in need but i dont think that is a reason i should be a leader because everyone always says that no matter if they want to become the leader or just join the organization. The second reason is that i would pressure my units to go to every event no matter what that event is i want the LSPD to be more active on events most events there are roughly 10 people from LSPD and 10 more at the HQ i would pressure eveyone to go to the event.
- When there is no event almost always people just chill at HQ of course that is allowed but i would like that when there is no events people go around and patrol, arrest people who are speeding, driving reckless or doing any other illegal acitvities and prevent gangs and families from robbing i would like to reduce the chance of being robbed in a city by always having someone there to see it so they can call for backup and we can come and arrest them i want the city to be the safest place in the country. I dont want people to fear going to the city because there are a lot of gangs that are constantly shooting at people in red zones.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
My advice for that is everything i said so far and i would be very strict about mixing on the radio or mixing in the left eye and i would reward eveyone who is doing their job right with promotions they deserve and if someone is not behaving professionally I would always correct them and of course i would punish someone with a strike or i would fire them if they deserve it but i would try my best so that doesnt happen. I would try my best to make LSPD better than other organisation with hard work. And to make it the best i would need frendly and pleasent workers so that people can always rely on us to be there when they need us. And i would be very strict about people sleeping on duty or at HQ. I will read every other application so that i can make roleplay even better a few minds is better than one. I will be careful about who is my HC because i want the HC to help eveyone and also to guide everyone when i am not around.
