Ads Team
I have been working under the ads team from the time i joined Lifeinvader and I know the responsibilities and impact the Ads team has in the city. I am planning to have quality staffs in my team. I am going to focus on day and the night shift employees. I am gonna hire staffs from different time zones so that we always have someone to cover the Ads team.
I am going to build a HR team of staffs with a lot of experience to give new employees. This team will have staffs from different time zones. I am planning of making a team of very friendly and helpful staffs so that we have a friendly environment in the organization.
Creative Team
My experience under creative department was fantastic. We already have a great team in the creative department. There is only one problem that is with our broadcast so i am planning on working on that. I am planning on coming up with more quality events as well. I have planned to inform the citizens of Los Santos about our events aleast two to three days prior to the event so that there are more participents for our events. I also look forward to make a team who are specialized in interviews, articles, hosting events, posters, video editing and writing of CNN's and broadcasts. I look forward to build a good bond with LSPD,FIB, NG and SAHP so that they can provide security so that we do not face any chaos during the event.
Journalism Team
The journalism team is a bit inactive since the last term. I have planned to make a team with motivated staffs who will be ready to put their time and effort into this
department. I am looking forward to deliver quality articles to the citizens of Los Santos.
4. Goals during the Leadership
: Create a friendly envirnment for the staffs.

- I have been serving this organization from past one and half year and i think i am aware of the responsibilities I will have if i become the leader.
- Since i am working for such a long time, it have become my home and the job is no more my profession its more like my passion.
- I have served this organization as the leader before so i think i am capable to take on the responsibilities and build a team of hardworking employees and take Lifeinvaders success to the next horizon.
