2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

2.1 Extensive Experience in National Guard and Leadership Roles


I Started my RP some time ago and i have served in various leadership positions within National Guard, gaining valuable experience including two continuous terms as Assistant General (AG) of NG, a term as Commanding General (CG) before that, and a previous role as Chief in SAHP. Through these experiences, I have learned the inner workings of NG . My tenure in different organizations, including law enforcement and government bodies, has provide with the necessary skills to lead NG effectively.

2.2 Commitment to Enhancing NG’s Strength and Efficiency

This is now my third term on the board of NG so I have seen the good and bad. I want to make NG the best organization ever by implementing systematic training, operational effectiveness, and make sure every soldier is armed to the teeth for their task. End favoritism and make the organization fair.

2.3 Encourage a Strong and Respectful Organizational Culture

Leadership is not only about being in power. It is about developing teamwork, respect, discipline, and professionalism among NG Soldiers . If elected, I will maintain the order in our ranking system while supporting fairness, so that NG can stand strong together, with each individual contributing to the success of the team.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

Part of my plan will include mandatory training courses, role-specific workshops, and leadership development programs to better equip soldiers with their responsibilities

To encourage participation and dedication, I will introduce a more fair and accurate incentive structure, including performance-based bonuses, event participation rewards

Feedback sessions will be held regularly so that concerns can be expressed, and harmony within the ranks can be maintained..

Stronger Collaborations with Other Legal Organizations: Enhancing cooperation with LSPD, SAHP, FIB, and GOV for coordinated law enforcement efforts.

Fort Zancudo Security Enhancements: Introducing vehicle restrictions and additional defenses to prevent unauthorized access.

I am committed to making the National Guard the most used and appreciated institution in the state. Under my command, NG will be a pillar of security and discipline and professionalism. If given the opportunity, I will work actively to uphold the values of NG


The Departments I want to Imply are as follows: -

Human Resource -
Taking Interview, Giving Training, Allotting Logs.
Military Police - Checking Log, Activity Checking, Body cam check, Background Check Every Week.
Special Task Force - Attending FZ Raid, Store Robbery, Black Market Raid, Doing ammo run All Other Events.
Airforce - Air support, Drop/Pick on Events, Checking gang activity near NG base, Give backup during ammo run by air.
