2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to become leader of los santos police department because its my favorite leo organization and i got my first highcommand rank in it. I served in los santos police department for a long time and i have nice memories of LSPD. Los santos has the most crime activities of the state and i will clean our jurisdiction from crime.
2.2 I have nice high command team and good deputies for my term and if i got the term this team will make a lot for us with their experiences my swat team will make a lot on events take care of lead in store/gun store robberies and my traffic enforcement will do nice job people will be scared to park their cars improper and make sure there is one tow car along the state 7/24. Public relation has good job and they will do it properly and they will take care of our relations with residents of state
2.3 I have always wanted to help and protect the community, and I believe that as the leader of LSPD, i can make a real difference. i want to make sure that LSPD is fair, works well, and is respected by the public and other groups. i understand the needs of the organization, and with my commitment i will provide, i am sure i can lead LSPD for the great success
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will improve roleplay of this organization with my IA team and HR team, HR team will have long hiring process and make sure each person that we hire into the organization knows how to speak english properly and learning skills. IA team will make sure that each officer does their job nicely and lawfull because if officers are not able to talk english and dont know any law, role play will be bad but if our officers comply with laws we can do all great and we will be in front of favoritism because i didnt get favoritised before, i gained all of my ranks by myself and it is embarrassing when a person just gets his rank without deserving, i would demote him directly and blacklist the person who does favoritism.
