In the incident I experienced yesterday, it was impossible for the other party to receive no punishment and for the forum to be closed immediately. As you can see, it was very obvious that he was abusing the bug for seconds and he should have been punished, but the admin named 'Sle Azy' closed it in a way I don't know how.
