I was on duty and got ear rape like my ears was bleeding from him he could not said medkits or kits he said else hell or help didnt get him at the start was trying my best to understand him and help him

He was not trying to ear-rape intentionally.
You could have told him to lower his voice, and he doesn’t speak English as seen in the POV. If he did it on purpose and kept doing it constantly, then it would count as ear-rape.
