Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2. The reasoning behind wanting to become the leader of the Los Santos Police Department is quite simple. A main reason would be that I believe I've gathered up enough experience and courage to become a leader of an organization, I believe with my time spent in the city, as an SCJ understanding the Department of Justice, and becoming knowledgeable of the law, to being a Deputy leader of LSPD in the past, on top of the build up I have made in other organizations qualifies me to be experienced enough to take on the role. Another reason is due to the decline that LSPD has taken in the past couple terms, I believe the spark for the organization is no longer there, and I want to be able to bring back the enjoyment, whilst maintain professionalism making for an all out quality experience for those wanting to join. I believe the role is a high priority and I think with my understanding in the city I can live up to the expectations that are meant for upholding law enforcement in the city. My main goals are to improve how the public see LSPD and make LSPD a strong organization which can stand by legislation and have a good understanding of how to portray there job/position. I believe with the right amount of people, and those I plan to bring along will help uphold the organization for the better, making for a good term. Overall, I believe I can make the right impact on the organization, overall proving the worthiness of the position, and proving to the citizens the organization can still be taken seriously, and be reliable. I will uphold the law with my past DOJ experience, educating new officers, and updating those that may still be learning. With the help of DAs I believe we can make an LSPD which is competent and an organization which gets people talking. I understand the organization has had issues in the past, but with my leadership I set to beat those expectations and bring LSPDs rightful meaning and reputation.
My own addition:
On other notes, due to my recent come back to the city, I took my time to become a District Attorney within LSPD, and FIB to get myself back up to date and under standards, for the past month I have been back within the Department of Justice as Lead State Attorney, and can fairly say I am ready to be active again and take on the same priorities and expectations I left with. Maturity is one thing I can guarantee, I will try my best to leave trolling and unprofessionalism out of the organization.
One last thing to mention would be my Punishment History I understand I have been involved with sloppy situations, however these violations are from over a years old, and have been justified, which led to my unban. I apologise for anything more recent, and hope to fix my broken reputation through leadership, a chance is a chance, and if I'm given the opportunity I wish to take it in best interests.
Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization:
3. There are many ways RP can be improved for the Los Santos Police Department, I will list a few suggestions which I believe I can promise to make happen:
- I believe with my prior experience within the department of Public Relations and it being the department I first started out prioritising in my career of state organizations I can promise to include civilians and make fun exciting events for civilians to take part in, expanding the public image of the organization making it a safer and more dependant organization that those can rely on.
- Previous terms have struggled with getting the towing structure correct, I believe with the right amount of bonuses, and people we can have a clean safer place for people to drive around in without having the havoc and problem of running into illegally parked, and abandoned vehicles in the streets. I promise to keep an eye on this department as I do understand it is a prioritised thing to be kept on top of.
- I plan on sharing my knowledge and wisdom of the legislation to those in the Los Santos Police Department making it clear it's a main thing to keep up on. Due to the fact that people are not willing to open the document themselves due to pure laziness, I will hold frequent in city meetings, discussing issues, ways to improve and how the law has a solution/specific standard for that. It is clear mistakes will happen, however I will take examples. to teach others to not make the same mistake.
- Corruption is always something that lies within and organization, however with the right team I believe we will be able to break down, and make for a better place within the organization, confliction will be avoided at best cost, and the idea of favouritism has no stance in the organization.
- With my experience I will allow departments to work independently, but as a leader, I will at times try to multitask and help out with those struggling, and in need of help, making for a more positive department, and to make sure those Department Leaders, get better knowledge to fully take the part serious.
Conclusion:
With all that's been said I hope my application can be taken into consideration. More information will be given if chosen for interview. Previous experiences will be listed like a CV for better understanding.
