Hello dear admin
I have had an internet problem caused by my internet company. I recently returned to the game after a hiatus that lasted for more than a year. I returned to the game normally, but when the internet problem occurred, I was banned due to security and it appeared that I was banned 4 months ago, but this is not true. I submitted a report to you and you rejected it and you did not give me any information. Why did you reject the report? What should I do? I need your help to unblock me. Thank you.
