I was waiting at DOC for my drone cooldown timer for scouting the DOC hwy. the suspect appeared right next to me wearing illegal bodyarmor.
when I detained him and checked him, I got RDM-ed and the guy who RDM-ed me finished his friend. he obviously thought finishing him would make the 10-15 appear in the hospital (it's bug abuse) also I've got confirmed from many admins that DOC premises are unscripted GZ
